Is it possible countless boys and girls have been diagnosed with ADHD and ADD needlessly (from the child’s perspective) and carelessly?? Could these children, our precious children, have been falsely labeled and medicated to dull/dim their spark? Are these people the next step in human evolution?
In the skeptics’ eyes, the idea of Indigo Children is nothing more than an avid dream “believers” have. While it has been grouped in with other Pseudo-Sciences, the theory is still under close watch. Could it be legitimate? For former Psychotherapist, Doreen Virtue, it is, she is convinced that Indigo Children not only exist, but she’s declared that they are scrubbing the Earth of social ailment and malfeasance. She reports there is only one surefire process in which to ruin them, that is to give them Ritalin, which is what these wonderful children are often prescribed.
In line with Stephen Hinshaw, Professor, and Chairman of Psychology at University of California, Berkeley, it is rather alarming that normal childhood is being over-medicalized expressly when it comes to ADHD. When asked about the notion of the Indigo Child, Hinshaw did not seem all too interested. Despite the Professors disinterest towards these wonderful beings, I am positive we can see eye to eye on how medicating these children for the purpose of muzzling their intelligence and potential is not doing any one any good. Who are we to say they don’t have a higher purpose?
Indigo Children are said to have been born starting in the later end of the 1970’s, with the majority of them incarnating during the 80’s and 90’s. Moreover, Indigos are still entering our reality to this day, howbeit at a turtle’s pace compared to the springtide of their ‘migration’ to this world. These Indigos have been here for at least 40 years now, as a consequence, their numbers are vasts while the breadth of their reach on the globe is unrestrained. These people are everywhere, and they are becoming progressively more aware of who/what they truly are, while knowledge of their plan becomes increasingly clearer.
Common Indigo traits:
~ They were born feeling special and they know it.
~ They feel they are destined to be here in this place, in this time.
~ They have higher expectations of themselves and others.
~ They are extremely perceptive, creative and intuitive.
~They are rather driven, passionate and focused on their convictions.
My friends, as you can see, these attributes do vary from one person to another, and by no means have I included all the possible characteristics. Indigo Children are respected and supported far and wide, probably due to their array of personable skills and traits. Just how unfathomably phenomenal and unique are these children? After all, this being said, What does your intuition say about you or your child possibly being an Indigo?
