Lathering and rinsing have never been so fun, thanks to the quirky bar soaps produced by Whiskey River Soap Co. Rather than give its products conventional names, such as jasmine and eucalyptus, the company does one better by inviting consumers to get clean with “refreshing” scents, such as Dad Bods, Writer’s Block and Introvert.
Hipsters, for example, is infused with the essence of “coffee, bacon and craft beer.” Some might also like Grammar Police, which “smells like your [sic] annoying.” If neither of those sounds appealing, perhaps Geek — which smells like wi-fi — or Weird Teachers will do.
As MyModernMet reports, none of the scents made by Whiskey River is conventionally named — and that’s a good thing. Getting sudsy with one of these bar soaps will have you giggling in the shower or bath, and we all know the world could use more humor.
Whiskey River believes it’s possible to combine quality products with humor. “We think there’s a place for both to exist together,” the team wrote, “and hope you agree.”
