11. Learn to say no
Don’t be a pushover. Learn to be firm when the situation simply does not agree with you.

When you’re absorbing positivity and gaining good-wishes from all over, pay it forward. Donate your belongings now and then and take out time to volunteer.
13. Be self-aware
Learn things about yourself every day — what makes you happy, what distresses you, what irks others about you, what’s annoying about you, and so on. You will not only gain perspective but also holistically grow through life when you truly get to know yourself.
14. Give no fucks
Simply refrain from exhausting your finite amount of fucks on things that don’t deserve it.
