    It should be noted that even tho most water will give us some degree of calmness ….the ocean seems to be the most beneficial i can sit near a lake or river or waterfall and feel good….but there is nothing that compares to how i feel when near the ocean its like im 20 yrs younger and i start feeling that way when i get within about 50 miles of it when approaching it and when im directly in front of it its like i have connected completely no other body of water can do this for me maybe its because of the oceans tides …i dont know but doctors back in the day used to send women who were having a nervous breakdown to the seaside to convelace and regain emotional well being again
